How many people can you photograph in one session?+
The team package covers headshots for ten people, delivering twenty retouched images — two per person — plus one group team image. For larger teams, get in touch and we can plan the timings around your day.
Where do team shoots take place?+
Most team sessions happen at your own workplace, which is usually simplest for everyone and means the photographs sit naturally in your environment. Sessions can also take place in my Greenwich studio or on location if you'd prefer a different look.
How do you keep a team looking consistent?+
Consistency comes from lighting, framing and editing being handled the same way for every person. The aim is that everyone clearly belongs to the same brand, while still looking like themselves rather than processed into a uniform.
What if some of the team hate having their photo taken?+
There are usually one or two in every team, and this is the part of the job I specialise in. I guide each person through posing, expression and body language, so nobody needs to arrive knowing what to do. Sessions are kept relaxed and quick.
How long does a team session take?+
It depends on the number of people and whether we're also creating a group shot. I'll plan the running order around your team's schedule so people can come down a few at a time rather than everyone waiting at once.
Can you photograph a team spread across different offices?+
Yes. For teams in different cities or countries, a virtual shoot lets one photographer create consistent headshots for everyone without the travel cost. It's a common solution for distributed companies.
