At a fashion or beauty event every guest is also a publisher. I photograph creators and guests so they look their best and want to post the result, and I cover the product, the styling and the branding so the brand team has a complete record of the day. Portrait frames are part of the brief, not an afterthought.

The practical details
- Insurance
- Public liability and professional indemnity insurance, with cover of up to £5 million.
- Delivery
- Edited images in a private online gallery, usually within 7 to 14 working days. A faster selection for press or social can be agreed when you book.
- Usage
- Use the images for your own marketing, website, social media and press, with no time limit.
- Invoicing
- No booking fee. Companies are invoiced with 14-day payment terms. No VAT is added.
- Travel
- Travel within London Zone 1 is included for events. Beyond that it is charged at cost.
- Changes
- Dates can be moved at no charge with 7 days’ notice. The full fee applies to cancellations within 48 hours.
